We take quality seriously! Qsámtā Spawn Bags are 100% guaranteed to be free of contamination before the expiration date or until inoculated. Each bag has a shelf life of 14 days from the date of autoclaving. For best results, you should inoculate bags within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

If your spawn bag shows any sign of contamination prior to the expiration date, please return it to any of our retailers for a no questions asked exchange. For orders placed online, send an email with images to support@qsamta.com.

For exchange to be valid, the spawn bag must be exchanged prior the expiration date on the label. Additionally, the grain spawn must clearly show no signs of inoculation either puncture holes or the growth of mycelium. We cannot accept exchanges of bags that show mycelium growth as they indicate contamination has occurred due to improper sanitization procedures and not due to a manufacturing defect.

All sales final. Refunds will not be issued. Exchanges accepted at the discretion of authorized retailers based on Qsámtā policy.
