We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the estimated time frames. However, we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control. Upon receiving your order, you are responsible for verifying that all items were received and are in satisfactory condition. Spawn bags damaged by carrier or arriving with less than 7 days of expiration date will be replaced or refunded.
6. Returns and Refunds
Sales of perishable goods sold on Qsámtā are considered final and returns will not be accepted. Grain spawn is guaranteed free of contamination prior to the expiration date on the bag. Spawn bags that showing signs of contamination are eligible for refund or replacement if unopened and not innoculated. Qsámtā and its vendors reserve the right to issue refunds or replacements at its discretion.
7. User Conduct
Use of this site, growing guides, and all products offered for sale are to be used strictly in accordance with Arizona state and Federal law. Qsamta reserves the right to cancel orders and ban customers that use or intend to use our products or services to violate these provisions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Qsámtā or our suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Qsmata does NOT warrant the edibility of mushrooms grown with information or products from this site. Fungi grown with information or products from Qsamta.com are for educational purposes only and shall be considered “UNFIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION” until certified as safe to consume by an expert. Qsámtā shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
